Hi. On Monday 3/6 I was looking to purchase FIFA23 for the Nintendo Switch from BestBuy.com. I noticed Gamestop.com had a cheaper price so I went onto chat to pricematch. The agent pricematched the game and emailed me invoice to pay. He also confirmed my shipping address. I payed for the item and thought everything was good.
Later that day I recieved an email with what looked like a store reciept and on Bestbuy.com it shows I purchased the game at the San Marcos TX store, which I have never been to and is an hour away. At this point I was concerned and chatting with another rep who confirmed my shipping details and said it should ship in a day or so.
It is now 4 days later (3/9) and I have not recived a shipping confirmation. I was wondering if someone could look into this to see if the game is actually shipping?
