How strange that two orders were placed when you only wanted to place one order! I know that I would be feeling pretty upset if I unexpectedly incurred charges for an item I didn't intend to purchase. I'm sorry that you're in this situation, and that you've had a difficult time connecting with us to discuss this. Thanks for letting us know that this happened. Do you need any assistance with returning one of the fridges and getting the refund for it processed through?
