Never recieved my product

I ordered a new tv and never recieved it even though it says my product has been delivered. No one ever came to my house I never leave my house. I called customer support and they said I would receive an email from the delievery company but it has been 5 days and no email. I have been hung up on 3 times by best buys customer service team now. At this point I just want a refund but nobody at customer support helps or they just lie to me about the email.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulties contacting us for assistance with your order! Sometimes carriers will leave the package(s) at a different location. Do you have a front porch or back doorstep that the package may have been delivered to?

 

If you've double checked this wasn't left somewhere else, it's likely lost/misdelivered, so I would be happy to see what our options are.
