Can you please double check that you don’t have an ad block enabled? Also, when using your mobile device to try to log into your account are you disabling your Wi-Fi and only using your cellular data? We look forward to your reply if those steps don’t resolve the issues you’re having.

Using a VPN can also sometimes cause issues when logging in to your account. Are you possibly connected to a VPN? If not, we can try to change your e-mail address and see if that resolves your issue. If so, be sure to private message me with your full name, phone number, current e-mail address connected to your BestBuy.com account, and the one you want to change it to.

Am sorry your're still experiencing this issue. You can try creating a new account and then call My Best Buy team to have them merged. I hope this helps pal!
