I ordered a laptop and on the day of delivered, it was canceled by the carrier 'Shipt'.
I asked at the store, it was canceled automatically since the one who delivers didn't show up.
In chatting service, I changed the order to pick-up but never being ready, so I went to nearby store, the employees in the store said something's wrong and the easiest way would be to cancel and reinitiate the order.
I canceled it there, but the gift card balance was still 0.0, never getting refund, so I wasn't able to proceed.
Now it's been over 72 hours, still no refund in my gift card balance.
I contacted the chatting service again, he said 7 to 10 business days, but I cannot trust him. There were a lot of cases didn't get the refund over a month. I need help!
