Never received purchase or refund

Online Order {removed per forum guidelines}

I ordered two Ring Stick up cameras on 06/27/2019.  One was sent to my home, which I received, and one to my work.  I did not receive that camera.  UPS launched an investigation and has sent you results.  I have yet to be refunded or sent a replacement camera.  It has been a month now since I paid for my purchase.  I have called Best Buy numerous times to deal with this problem and spent time on the phone with UPS.  

Best Buy needs to refund me my money or replace my purchase immediatley.  Last call was last week - Case {removed per forum guidelines}.  Said it should be resolved soon.  Here we are one more week down and nothing done.  I am tired of waiting for this.

Please help!
