Hi,
I have ordered a game card last week (Order # {removed per forum guidelines} it was scheduled to deliver Tuesday, after several delays, it says it's delivered on Thursday and signed by "COVID DOORMAN". I didn't receive the package, and I checked with my doorman and my building (and the doorman of the next building), they all didn't have records that this package was received.
I called BestBuy to file a claim, BestBuy said I should call UPS to initiate the claim.
Then I called UPS, who says I couldn't file a claim there because this is an UPS SurePost, which is in partnership with USPS, and I should file a claim with USPS.
Finally I called USPS, they said the never received the package - they are awaiting the package from UPS, and I should call UPS to file a claim.
Now I have spent >6 hrs on calling customer service from 3 places, and am STUCK IN A DEADLOCK, where I couldn't even initiate the claim to find my missing package.
