The item below was never received. Insignia headphones Order # {removed per forum guidelines} I have opened a complaint with the USPS. I have never had items any problems with items missing from my porch until yesterday. I was home and check the mail at my normal time. USPS has on their website it was delivered at 11:41 but I checked the mail at 11:40 am and all I had was mail. Is there a way to be refunded for my purchase or am I just out of luck and try again.
