Recently, I purchased an e-gift card for the price of a TV that I wanted on the site. However, the order was automatically cancelled (within 1 minute of ordering) because it was apparently not in stock. I was told that I would receive a refund within 30 minutes, but I have still not received a refund despite the order being automatically cancelled. I checked the forums and it appears that many people have had this issue. I cannot believe that Best Buy would hold almost $500 in funds hostage because of an error on their end. Apparently people have had this issue go on for weeks or months, which is truly unacceptable. I cannot wait that long for an error on their end when I need to replace my TV this month.

I must clarify that this is an order for a TV that was cancelled, and I paid for it using a gift card that was never refunded. This is honestly the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with and I hope you guys can resolve this issue. Thank you.
