My order was supposed to arrive on 13th january. The same day I got an email that it was going to be delayed.
On 17th I got an email that my order arrived, but I never got it.
In contact with the Best Buy chat they say to contact the carrier that can do nothing as someone, that nobody know at the building or newboring buildings, knows.
I'm trying to get the replacement or a refund and neither the chat or the phone reps give me a solution. It's a week that I'm trying hard with Best Buy to get to a solution and get a relacement or a refund.
I'm very disapointed and said about this stressing situation.
Does someone can help me here?
