Never received digital code AGAIN

I ordered a digital code again and never received the code again!!! I received the free offer that goes along with the code so I know my email works but never got the code. I have ordered these before and never had an issue but this is the 2nd time in a week and a I am sick of it already. I am expected to pay on time but when you don’t keep your end of the deal up a I get no compensation other than a sorry, either get my code today (what I needed it for is already gone anyway) or give me my refund and more than just a sorry and while you’re at it fix the system because this is totally unacceptable

Just to be sure, have you checked your spam and junk folders to see if this email may have been filtered out of your inbox? I have checked many times and wouldn’t send this if I hadn’t. I don’t understand how I can receive the free offer that went along with the code but not the actual code for the product I ordered. I am expected to pay my bill on time and if not I am penalized but if I don’t receive my product as stated I am not compensated other than being told how to check a SPAM folder....this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
