Hello new to the best buy forums i contacted best buy support MANY times they keep telling me i'm going to get a refund but it never happends i ordered my macbook pro on Oct 8, 2021 was excited to get it after a while i waited until said delivery date. which was Oct 12, 2021 so i waited all day and my ups delivery never arrived after ive waited me and my wife was getting ready for bed and all of a sudden i get an email notification saying my package was delivered at 10pm cst! I knew i was supposed to sign for this item so i get up from bed to look outside there is nothing here i looked around going crazy at 10pm so i Immediately try to contact best buy support and they are closed, so i wait until they next day and told them what happend they told me that they are going to issue me a refund and that in 2 days i will be notified by email 2 days go by no email so i contact best buy again they told me the last agent forgot to put the refund request! so they are going to do it now and they told me the same thing to wait 2-3 days for an email for my refund details. still waiting so i called same thing and now i tried contacting again and im being told the samething over and over and im worried that i been scammed and still no email no nothing...

10pm seems like an awfully late time to deliver the package. Since it is a Macbook Pro I would assume that an investigation has to be opened due to the high value of the item before replacement or refund options can be arranged. A mod can explain this more in detail.

i just got a email today from best buy and they wont do anything to help me they waited so long to reply to me only to tell me that there is nothing i can do im absolutely sadden by the overall disrespect i was giving iam going to file a charge back through my bank
