Hello dear forum. I'm concerned here about the PC power supply which I bought but unfortunately haven't got. I contacted about my order {removed per forum guidelines} more then two days ago. I had a conversation with Bryan P and explained what has happened in details. He was checking it for almost a hour but then he told me that it's possible to give me the refund. I've agreed on that. He told me that the refund has been processed and I should receive an email with refund confirmation within 24 hours. So I still haven't got any refund emails and also my gift cards used for the order are has zero balances still as I paid with four Best Buy gift cards. Actually I can see that the agent just lied to me. Now I have no idea when I will get my refund. I don't want to pay more than 170$ for nothing. I hope it's quite understandable.

I can't actually understand what is going on. It's been a week since my initial interaction. The agent on my very first interaction said that I should receive my refund in 24 hours but now it's 7 days!!!
Is anybody alive here? Allan seems to be unhelpful so I'd like to get help from some other agent.
