Brought a google/thermostat from bestbuy.com...promotion states I would receive a new google mini device with my purchase...after calling Best Buy and having 2 case #s...they told me I have for an email from Best Buy to rectify the issue (After the many transfers for department after department ...still no email....still no follow up.....I don’t understand why Best Buy can’t just zero out the product for there screw up....every time I call I get bounced around to different departments with no answers.....
