I am appalled that Best Buy failed to put the item I purchased in my hands. I bought a dyson air wrap for my girlfriend costing in total 588.49 dollars. I opeed up a claims process and after there investigation told me "
This email is in response to the issue you reported for order # {removed per forum guidelines}.
We’ve concluded our investigation and have determined we will not be providing a refund or replacement item.
At this time, we encourage you to work with local law enforcement regarding this matter.
". I am very confused. I never recieved the item but yet paid you all the money for it. What do I do, its not my fault your courrier wasn't responosble. The place I live has a mailroom or a place to leave packages where they put a key in your mailbox to delivery it. It was only signed for by the driver when delivered. The driver clearly either robbed the package or was not resposable and left it outside, which I doubht because no on has ever had a package left out in my block before. It all doesn't add up. I have had multiple deliveries to my address and never an issue, they all end up in the mailroom. What do I do to get my money back, I am a student and this was a big purchase for me and I am saddaned by the lack of help from best buy so far.

Unfortunately they will have the final say in this matter. Since this is a large ticket item it has now become an item that was stolen and for that, you do need to file a report with with your local police department. Best Buy will co-operate with these investigations for any info that is needed for your claim.

I don't understand how I can file a police report for something I never had. Do I file it against UPS and Best Buy for taking my money and not giving me my purchase.
