I bought a computer online in mid-December. The day after my purchase, the computer went on sale for $300 less. I immediately got in touch with customer service. They told me they would be able to give me the price match and gave me a case number, saying I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. I did not. Two days later, I again got in touch with a live chat customer service representative, who told me to wait another day for a confirmation and that my refund would be processed within 7 business days. When I picked my product up in-store, the representative told me I would need to call Best Buy corporate to sort out my claim. That same day, I called the Best Buy corporate customer service line and the representative again told me my price match was approved and that it would be processed soon; he mentioned that I would recieve the confirmation email only when the refund was processed and sent back to my credit card.
It has now been more than a month since I spoke with that customer service representative, and I have still not received a refund nor an email confirmation. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would just like for someone to process my refund.
