I have been waiting for my new Iphone 11 what I purchased through you guys. It should have arrived last friday.
On my UPS Tracker they say they can't find my package.
I called Best Buy yesterday twice about this and I was told that they need a higher up approval to send me a new one.
They can't tell me when this will happen because of the delays. I understand that you are busy in these weird times but I am frustrated for something I bought and I have no time frame of when it comes. I even tried upgrading my shipping to get it faster but this did not work because they can't find it.
I am just sad and dissapointed about the lack of help of Best Buy it's side. I would have done curbside pickup if shipping was such a hassle. I hope you guys can do something for me. I honestly just want my new Iphone ASAP or just have at least a date when I can expect it.
