So this is my first time buying something from Best Buy (admittedly via Amazon) but the reviews were good and so was the deal, but now I've got a problem....
My tracking number is showing that my item was delivered on Saturday at 10:48am, directly to my front door. If I can be really annoying, one problem with this is even if my package had arrived my apartment has a policy where packages are not supposed to be delivered directly to the resident; instead, packages are meant to be delivered directly to the front office. However, that aside, my main concern is I blieve my package was misdelivered as I never received it and none of my neighbors saw it either.
I did try contacting Best Buy on Amazon since that's where I made the purchase, but the response I recieved honestly made it seem like they didn't even read my message - just read the subject line and went from there. They told me my tracking number (which I included), that my item reads as delivered (which I stated), and when it was marked delivered (which I had included as well). Then basically said ask your neighbors and best of luck.
I did try opening a claim with FedEx but I haven't heard back from them since my initial phone call.... After that I honestly don't know what to do and would love some help.
Also, I apologize if this reads kind of snotty; I'm just frustrated by this point and feel really lost.

So it was recommended that since I bpught it through Amazon I try contacting them on the matter. I reached out, explained the situation, and was able to get a refund! Not going to lie, it's a relief to have this resolved. Thank you so much for taking the time to look into the situation and offering some advice!
