I purchased windows 11 online, but I need to return it because it's not compatible with my computer. I don't see an option on my account to return, and I can't call to return because it's after hours. My 15 days to return is tomorrow. 12/10/22 and I need to make sure that I can return today but there's no email and no one that can help when I call.
Talking to the live chat on their website is no help as well, and they keep telling me that I just need to call even though I'm telling them that I already tried and the phone line is closed??
My order # is: {removed due to community guidelines}. please make sure that this order return is processed today.
