Need to cancel delayed order

Hi - I need to cancel a delayed order. It was supposed to come on 3/27 however I get an email on 3/27 that it will be delayed and might not come until April 23 which is almost a month later. I tried to cancel online but the option to cancel is disabled and when I call the wait time is almost 1hr.

 

Please cancel this order asap:

If this isn't cancelled today I'll try to post on the social media account.

When I order something online, I always hope to receive it as soon as possible. I'm sorry for any unexpected delays with your order. Sometimes, if an order is taking longer than expected to be shipped or prepared for pickup at one of our stores, our systems will send out an automated email with an updated estimated arrival date. In most cases, the item will be ready prior to the date provided in the email.


Orders are typically only able to be cancelled or updated within a short amount of time after being created. While I cannot guarantee a different outcome, I would be happy to review your order and see if any changes can still be made.
