I bought an ipad from bestbuy.com in december 2020.
I am facing some issues with it and the service center is asking to produce a bill for the same with the serial number mentioned.
Can someone help with what is the procedure in such a case since the receipt generated via bestbuy.com only has the basic details but no mention of the serial number.

You can wait for one here or you can chat or call the 888 Number and they can produce one for you if you have the correct information about your purchase. If you paid cash it may be a little more difficult to do.
