Posted this yesterday but post never showed up. I am looking for help with a price adjustment that was approved yesterday, but when I received the copy of the receipt it was applied to the wrong payment form. I spent several hours on chat and on phone with getting passed around then ended up back where I started. I was told there is a long list of transfer notes on my account for this as well. It seems like it's a complicated issue and needs to be looked at by someone higher up. Can someone help look into this for me please? Thank you!
