Need help with open box purchase

My vlogger kit is missing the memory card. Customer service has not been helpful and the store that it was ordered from tells me I need to drive to them, however the store is over an hour away from my house. I paid for shipping so therefore I see no reason on why the memory card missing can't just be shipped to me like the rest of my order. I ordered a nice camera and can't operate it, because the memory card wasn't in the vlogger kit box, what was listed as excellent condition. When i finally got a hold of the store directly which was nearly impossible due to the automated system, they transferred me back to online customer service. Online customer service keeps saying to drive to the store, but I'm not in a position to do so.

I need a manager of some sort to look into my order and to correct the issue. All I'm missing is a memory card that I paid for.

Thank you for joining and reaching out on the Forum's community. I understand why you be frustrated for not having the missing piece to your kit not shipped to you. Most likely it because they can't just ship pieces of a kit. Our shipping system can't just create random shipping labels, nor is our stores are set to do exchanges via ship.
