Need help with bestbuy gift card

I place order Saturday with gift card and my bestbuy credit card.

But order got cancelled by your system error.

Credit card refund, but gift card shows invalid. Not like 0 balance.

Bb eat up my gift card, and try to contact customer service several time. No help at all.

I need my gift card back!!!
