I purchased a digital forever 21 gift card from the Best Buy website. I received the email containing the card and went to use it on the forever 21 website it keeps telling me there's a error with the card when I try to use it or even do a balance check on it. I contacted forever 21 in hopes they could help only to be told the card number was not one of there card numbers. So now I'm just trying to figure out what going on with my card and why it's not working?
