Need help with a delayed order

Hello, I ordered a gaming chair on Monday July 11, 2022. I got an email saying that it shipped on Tuesday July 12, 2022. My delivery date was supposed to be July 14, 2022, but the tracking number I received says "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet."  On my order status on the Best Buy web site it says "Delayed"

 

My package didn't arrive on Thursday and it hasn't came today either. I don't know how to procede to get my package, can anyone help out.

Welcome to our forums! Getting a new gaming chair is exciting, but not if it's delivery is delayed.

I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this matter and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’m hoping you can provide me with a few pieces of additional information before I’m able to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address 
  • Your order number

This should be enough for me to begin my research, and hopefully get you the assistance you’re looking for.

Hello,

 

I was wondering if there was any update on my delayed package being sent to UPS for delivery? I contacted UPS to see if there was anything that they could do on their end, but they told me to have Best Buy contact them and arrange for the package to be picked up again. They said that the pickup request may have gotten lost.
