Hi, can a bestbuy person help me with the following issue? I purchased a computer monitor online on July 28th using my PayPal account. I got the mointor delvered on July 31st. I did not open it and returned it at a local Best Buy store. I got the hardcopy return reciept and an online copy of the return receipt. Stating that the money would be refunded back to my PayPal account. Its been a week and the money still has not been posted to my PayPal account. I have purchased lot of things via BB in the past using PayPal and the money gets refunded within hours. I contacted PayPal and opened up a case, and they told me that it was closed today, beause BB told them credit was issued. But I am not seeing it in my PayPal account. I would have thought that BB would have used the same PayPal transaction to refund the money back. Again this has never happened to me. I can provide the BB order number via PM/DM. Thanks.

Our teams are working diligently to process PayPal refunds as quickly as we can, as a delay has been identified with these recently. That being said, you will likely see a delay in your funds being returned.
