Need help, account flagged as a reseller.



My current issue is that whenever i try to order an item on it automatically cancels it, I contacted customer service and they said my account got flagged as a reseller when I tried to buy a car charger and they and transferred to me to the business department who transferred me back to customer support. So across two departements and being on hold for an hour and less than 5 minutes of talk time to actual people, here I am. 

I really need help with this issue. An online customer support person basically told me to make a new account. That's just horrible cusotmer service as I've had this account for more than 10 years and i have multiple warranties that run on my products that are tied to this account.
