Need a refund for overnight shipping. Customer service SUCKS

Like everyone else here? I’ll never shop at Best Buy AGAIN.

I placed a. Order for 2 monitors last Thursday. Order # {removed per forum guidelines}. I paid almost $100 to overnight ship. Friday UPS notified it had not shipped. I contacted CS (in Panama, who refused to transfer me to the US - after they claimed they could do nothing AND LIED THEY COULD SEE IN FACT OT HAD SHIPPED AND UPS JUST HAD NOT UPDATED THEIR SYSTEMS. Despite my conferencing in UPS and them telling the supervisor (who claimed to have no manager on site) he still insisted there was nothing the could do - it shipped and I would have Friday.

Late Friday evening I got notice - it shipped on Friday and I would have Monday - not Saturday like overnight, but Monday. I live in Georgia- it was coming from Louisiana. I could have driven there and back for less than$100 at this point.

So here I wait - on Friday morning I wanted to cancel, her a refund to purchase 17% cheaper from Amazon - who could over night for $27 dollars (much less than the $100 BB charged and MISSED) but of course they refused to do that lying about the fact it shipped. I’d have my monitors by now and be $200 richer.

The monitors should arrive today. But? While my receipt says I didn’t pay for over night shipping, my bank account was charged, and never credited. Guess what? CS can’t help me. Even though it says I can email on my order form. There is no way to email.

I need the refund of my shipping charges. I want the Amazon price match of 17% off, and I should get a giagantic discount for all I’ve been through. If I don’t by the end of today - once they arrive I’ll drive them to the local Best Buy - get a full refund, order from Amazon like I should have in the first place. Being the loyal B.B. customer, I never even checked them. Like everyone else here? I’ll never shop at Best Buy AGAIN.
