Hello,
Not sure if someone can assist in getting a copy of a receipt for an order. I was able to locate the order info but there is no link or button to print. Thanks!

Thanks for connecting with us on our Forums! I totally understand how important it is to make sure that you're able to obtain a copy of your receipt.
We have an excellent guide on how to obtain a copy, here. If you aren't seeing the option to print your online order, I suggest making sure you do not have an ad-blocker enabled and trying from another device. If this was an in-store purchase, please follow the steps on that guide or send us a Private Message.

Thanks for trying to assist! I have read the guides and tried on another device. It does not work. The receipt I'm trying to recover for proof of purchase is from March 2016. Could the date of purchase be too old to recover a receipt?

Due to some system limitations, those receipts are generally only available for about 18 months, so it makes sense that something of that age may not be available.
You could print the available information from the page you found by pressing CTRL and P on your keyboard, but it wouldn’t have any more information than is shown.
Your best bet may be to dig through your email to see if you still have a copy of that order confirmation email. That would have all of the details the order page would.
