Need a Copy of Receipt for Warranty

Hello,

I purchased a toshiba TV last year from Bestbuy.com. The TV is broken yesterday and I need a receipt for Warranty. I tried to get receipt online, but it showed "We're sorry; this order cannot be looked up on BestBuy.com. Please call 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289) for assistance." I have all the information related to this order. Could someone help me up? Thanks.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for contacting us for assistance.  I’m sorry to hear you’ve been unable to retrieve a copy of your BestBuy.com invoice, but I’ll be happy to clarify what steps you might be able to take to obtain a copy of your invoice.

 

We have a Knowledge Base article, How Do I Get a Copy of My Receipt? that offers a step-by-step process you can follow to obtain a copy of your invoice.  One of the most common reasons for running into the error message you’re seeing is due to a piece of information being entered incorrectly, so be sure to double check your information before submitting.

I tried several times, but I am still unable to get the receipt. It still showed the same error message. Could you help me get them?
