Hello, On 11/29/19 I placed an order for speaker stands {removed per forum guidelines}. Which after reviewing the details I realized I had it sent to address I have not lived at for over 4 years. I have tried and tried to cancel order or simply have order redirected to my correct address. However, for 3 days now the orders says "getting it ready". Please help. if it is sent to old address which is across the state i will not be able to have it returned. Do not understand why i cannot simply cancel the order.
