Need Help, Horrible Customer Service

I am sick to my stomach with the customer service provided by Best Buy. I have had agents hang up on me, get rude with me, all because I need help with my order. FedEx sent my package to the wrong state and I have been dealing with them daily, why does the customer have to deal with this? I asked customer service to help me with FedEx, and they say procedure is it to allow the package to get delivered to wrong address, and then they can possibly do something. How does that make sense? Why do I have to suffer? About to cut my Best Buy credit card in half, and never purchase anything again. Never have this issue with amazon. I need someone to contact me ASAP!

I know whenever I order something I constantly check the tracking information so I can certainly imagine your surprise to see a package being sent to the wrong address. We expect all of our phone agents to act professionally and I apologize that hasn't been your experience so far. While we are typically unable to make modifications to an order once it has shipped I would be more than happy to see if we might have any options available to assist you. I agree Alecmerzel. I have spent three days dealing with the same. I was set up on autopay and somehow my account was kicked off. BB /CB turned my account over to a collection agency instead of lettting me know so I could pay the bill. Horrible, and the agents are very rude. I was also hung up on! The intnet is not to help you or solve the problem. Will never go to this store again for anything!
