I know whenever I order something I constantly check the tracking information so I can certainly imagine your surprise to see a package being sent to the wrong address. We expect all of our phone agents to act professionally and I apologize that hasn't been your experience so far. I agree Alecmerzel. I have spent three days dealing with the same. I was set up on autopay and somehow my account was kicked off. BB /CB turned my account over to a collection agency instead of lettting me know so I could pay the bill. Horrible, and the agents are very rude. I was also hung up on! The intnet is not to help you or solve the problem. Will never go to this store again for anything!
