Need Confirmational Email for Refund

Greetings BestBuy.com,

 

I had purchased a digital copy of a game and paid. I received email of order confirmed after payment but then next mail I received was order was cancelled. I need an assistance in getting an email for order refund so I can forward it to bank to initiate refund.

If you received a cancellation email, there was no final charge.  You're likely seeing an authorization hold that will fall off in accordance with your bank's policy on authorization holds.

Dear Sir,

 

Thank you for quick responding.

My query is that the bank is asking for Reference Number of refund email.

I have recieved confirmed purchased email of digital order on 2/2/19 12.56am and then I received cancelled item from my order email stating they were unable to verify my information.

So I'm confused what to do next since bank statement shows debited amount whereas bank is asking for Reference Number to initiate Refund which I didnt receive in email. 

The only message I have is "For details regarding refunds and credits, see What You Need to Know section " in the cancelled email.

Please assist so can refer it to bank.

I have received the refund today. I forwarded cancellation email as proof to the bank for intitating refund since I had not recieved any refund details. Thank You for taking out your time in responding.
