I see again, how many frustrated folks are out here. You take the time to write and it seems no one is listening.  You can back it up with names, phone numbers, screenshots, and keep a cool and respectul demeanor. The bottom line, is that NO ONE CARES AT BEST BUY! I'll save my story about the bad web site and tired excuses regarding a busy time, the constant transferring of your call. I ONLY WISH TOP MANAGEMENT WOULD SEE THIS.  The bottom line is that stated above and that they do nothing about it.  Good buy BEST/BAD BUY. Not today.
