I have not recieved a confirmation email, or any prgress update for that matter during a guest checkout. My card has been charged, no refund was applied to either my gift cards or my credit card. Its been two weeks, and whenever I call best buy, someone from the US calls back with no way to help me with the order. I got calls back from the US best buy support team 3 times now. Could I recieve some update so that I know you didn't blatently steal my money?
