NEW Mini Fridge delivered with Dents/Damage and possible prior usage.

Hello. I recently purchased a mini fridge from BestBuy (online), I was really excited to finally receive it but upon arrival/unboxing, the item had dents,scratches and signs of prior usage. There's One major dent on the top corner and another dent on the side. Not only that but I have suspicions that this product was used prior to me; there is a spill/stain on the top surface of the fridge and there appears to be smudges in the backside's interior where the generator is. I'm so disappointed, I did not order a "used/damaged" mini fridge, I ordered a "New" one. And to think I was [at least somewhat] safe from all this by spending over 3,500 dollars and achieving "Elite Plus" status.

 

Please, I am not sure how to proceed in all this, I do not have transportation to return it physically (which is why I bought it online/had it shipped to me in the first place). If there is anything I can do, please respond. Any suggestions/help from members or BBY mods is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, I am still looking for a resolution. I thought I would receive a fast/useful response here but that was not the case, so I lost hope. Not sure what good it will do but I sent you the PM with my info.

Update: I Was helped through private messages and everything was solved. I received a replacement unit and it is in new condition. Aside from the inconvenience of getting a damaged unit and the lengthy time it took to be helped, I appreciate the assistance from BB Support. Thank you. (Marked latest BBY-Message as solution)
