I requested a return for two items, one which has not updated past "Return Request Confirmed" even after it had been delivered on the 11th of this month. My return period ends on the 24th and I'm scared of best buy denying my refund even though it's your system's problem my status hasn't updated. Please help!

As long as you have proof of when the return was received by Best Buy and its within the return period you should not have any issues. However if it's been a out of the ordinary wait for your refund you may wish to wait for an official BBY response here. I am going to assume you have contacted customer support, correct?
