My purchase has been lost since August 26, Customer Service has delayed my claim and it seems that they want to steal my money

Since the very day it was supposedly delivered to my address, I have been claiming my refund. Customer Service only delays my complaint, the answers do not solve my complaint, only that I will receive an email in 24 hours, then that I will receive another email in another 48 hours, then that soon I will receive an email . In short, I have a hunch that they don't want to solve this problem. My purchase was a laptop and it is a lot of money invested in a frustrated purchase.
