My past 8 orders have been cancelled

My past bunch of orders have been cancelled and no one in cust service can tell me why

 

can someone help

 

i see it has happened before but do t know how it was resolved

 

please help asap

I’m assuming you mean an online order, since store orders work entirely different.

That wasn’t advice, that link was put together by the moderators of this website and has the official list of items to check that could be causing your orders to cancel along with how to contact a corporate representative for assistance if that list fails to clear the issue.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your trouble with several cancelled orders. Having an order cancel without explanation would be pretty frustrating, so I'm glad you've reached out to see what may be going on. Generally, your order cancellation email will provide some insight into why the order was cancelled.
