Hi everyone! I was awaiting my order {removed per forum guidelines} to be delivered but it's now lost. I explained to the agent Karen {removed per forum guidelines} in all the details what had happened and she told me she had processed my refund and I should've gotten an email with refund confirmation shortly as she said. After a few hours I still haven't got any emails and also my gift cards used for the order are still empty. So I contacted once again and the agent Skye
{removed per forum guidelines} told me that my refund is already processed. Okay but I still haven't got any email confirmations and my gift cards are empty still.
Please I need help from someone from the Best Buy higher team just because it seems like there's some error. I've read this forum and it looks like that is a frequent issue which people are reporting. I just don't want to give 194$ to Best Buy and I need help please.

I had a package go missing recently, in my case it was just delivered a few doors down. It sounds like you have already gotten some assistance from our phone support team, and they have submitted a refund for you. I would love to check on the status of the refund for you!
