The first time I wanted to contact BestBuy in the hope of buying a new Apple Watch, I found an egift card from Bestbuy in Amazon and bought it to spend it on the site, I place an order and immediately withdraw money from the card, but the order is canceled. I tried to place an order 3 times, the billing address is mine, I bought the card on the Amazon official website, now I can’t use the same card anywhere, the store refuses to accept my order, Amazon refuses to return the money. Vicious circle. Their support in the message is stupid, they did not help me with anything on Twitter, referring to the fact that their system did not recognize my information. We live in the 21st century, what kind of backward system do you use against yourself to kick your customers like that? and what should I do now with this stupid egift card, if nothing can be bought from it
