My order kept been canceled. Please help.

I was trying to pre-order the Iphone se with some gift cards. I got an confirmation email but then my order was canceled due to "we couldn't verify your info". I tried 5 times, every time it got canceled. I called customor support they said they didn't know why my order was canceled. Please help me. I appreciate anybody's help.
