My order keeps getting cancelled

Please please please, can someone tell me my all my orders keep getting cancelled? I am trying to use my 10% birthday discount, a gift card and the rest is being paid w/ credit card. My shipping address is the same as the billing address. Looks like many people have had this same problem. PLEASE help! The item is not in the store to pickup.

I'm sorry to read that your orders have been automatically cancelling. It's understandable that you would like to enjoy the convenience of shopping online. Just a heads up that most items that are available on our website can be ordered in store in the event that they are not immediately available.

Thank you for the information you've sent to us.

 

I'm going to send this information to our back office support team to determine if there's a reason for the cancellations.  It may be unverifiable information that was used in the order however I don't want to speculate.  I'll update you once I receive a response.

Still waiting on a response from you...... Looks like there are many people having this same problem and it needs to be fixed.
