Good evening,
my order placed on November 28th was canceled by BestBuy and I don't know why. I did not request cancellation and would like to keep my order because I will not do it again because prices are higher. I'm not in the United States at the moment and so I can't call. How can I solve my problem?

Customer service hung up on me when I started questioning about my cancelled order. They have been giving me the run around ever since. Ridiculous.
