I looked up my tracking number and my order is shown being returned to sender by USPS. The reason was because I had entered an erronous address during check out. I no longer need the item since I had already made anothe purchase. I would like the amount to be refunded. How do I go about doing so?

Once tracking has verified the order has been returned to Best Buy you may need to wait several days for it to process. If it does not process after 10 days bring your receipt, the bad address you entered, and all other pertenant documents into your local store and talk to a CSA.

Thanks for posting with us on the Forums!
We'd be happy to get you all the information you need with something this. I would be wanting to get that refund taken care of too if I were you. In regard to items that are sent back to us, once they arrive at our Returns Facility, we usually get them processed within 3-5 business days. After that point, the refund should be appearing back to you within 5-7 days. However, it can take up to one billing cycle, depending on your bank.
I hope this helps!

I received the item today. I guess the mailman figured out the correct address. So now I have both purchases with me. I guess I'll just keep both of them since they don't cost much, Google Fi Sim Card. I'll just give the extra sim card to my brother.

Hi there, joegman,
Thank you for providing us with that update. I'm glad to hear that the item ultimately ended up in your hands. You're more than welcome to return it during the Return & Exchange Promise if you'd like a refund, or as you mentioned, keep the item and gift it to your brother. I'm sure he would appreciate it, but the choice would be yours!
If you had any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know!
