My order canceled and I didn’t receive my money

Hi, my name is Omar

I hope all of you are doing well,

I ordered video game ( FIFA20 ). So they canceled my order because I didn’t put enough information in my apartment. When they canceled my order I didn’t receive my money. They sent on my email address message about that but when I checked the message it showed me they sent my money in wrong bank card. My bank card is blocked for a long time. Please can you help me.
