My laptop orders keep on getting canceled

I have been trying to purchase a laptop for many months. Every time I try to place an order, it gets canceled. Every time I call customer service, they never get back to me with a resolution. It is wierd, because I can purchase other items, besides the laptop.

As I unfortunately know from my own experience, being unable to make a purchase or having an order cancel is not a very pleasant experience.  I know I’d be looking for answers too, so I’m glad you found us and reached out here on the forum.
