Short: The negative reviews I write are not showing up after 72 business hours.
Long: I bought a $3000 ASUS laptop from BestBuy. Within a few months (within warrenty) the laptop breaks. So I send it into the ASUS repair facility (last September) to get it fixed after both ASUS and BestBuy refused a refund or replacment. It came back more broken than fixed, with its initial problem not fixed, and I had to send it in again since that was the only option left. Due to the faulty product and bad repair services, I decided to write 1 star reviews for the product I bought and all ASUS products on BestBuy to warn people. But my reviews are not showing up, even for the product I specifically bought.
When I IM'ed Bestbuy customer service about missing reviews, they told me I should call customer service. When I called and told them my problem, they hung up on me.
So...what should I do now?
